MIKE FLOOD hotfix 08-05-2018

The current MIKE FLOOD hotfix corrects the calculation of the external levee data for lateral links in Flood models, when the levee data is input as text file. The data is expected to replace the data from the river model, but failed to do so. The hotfix also corrects the  plotting  of the output crest level cross section file ‘M1DLateralCrestLevel.xns11’ for the same type of input.
